The 1800 U.S. Federal Census enumerates at Southeast Town, Dutchess County, New York, the family of Samuel Townsend [0001:10001].1 The 1810 U.S. Federal Census enumerates at Fredericks Town, Dutchess County, New York, the family of Samuel Townsend [3121:01211].2
