Nathaniel Seaman

     Nathaniel was born the 18th day of the 9th month 1699 at the Town of Hempstead, Queens County, Long Island, New York. He was the son of Nathaniel Seaman and Rachael Willis. Nathaniel married, daughter of Thomas Powell and Elizabeth Townsend Phillips, the 28th day of the 12th month 1722 in Westbury, Hempstead Town. Nathaniel and Sarah had children: Nathaniel [1724-11/21/1816] [m. 8/20/1749 Sarah Smith d/o Richard Smith], Keziah [m. 11/06/1754 Jacob Mott], Ambrose [m. Margaret Seaman], Stephen m. Rachel], Rachel, William, Thomas [8/02/1761 Phoebe Hinton]. Nathaniel departed this life on Tuesday, 14 June 1774 in New York.
