     Nicholas was born circa 1613 in Virginia. Nicholas married Sarah (?) in Queens County, Long Island, New York. Nicholas made his will on 10 March 1690 at the Town of Flushing, Queens County, Long Island, New York. He leaves to his wife Sarah, a life estate in land and personal effects, he left to his grandsons, John Thorn,son of his daughter, Mary Thorne and Robert Embree son of his daughter Sarah Embree the remainder of his estate. Executor: William Fowler. Witnessed by Mathias Harvey & Aaron Cornelius.2 Nicholas departed this life before 21 May 1691 in the Town of Flushing. His will was probated on 21 May 1691.
