Abraham Beardsley

     Abraham was born on Wednesday, 6 March 1697 in Stratford, Fairfield County, Connecticut. He was noted as eldest in fahter's will. He was the son of John Beardsley and Abigail Wakelee. Abraham married Ester Jeans on 17 April 1723 in Connecticut. Abraham's wife, Ester, died in 1772 in Pepton, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, leaving him a widower. Abraham made his will on 29 May 1776 at Huntington, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Abraham departed this life on Tuesday, 9 July 1776 in Huntington, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. His will was probated on 5 August 1776.
