Mary Barrowclough

     Mary was born before 15 August 1544 in Sowerby, Halifax Parish, Yorkshire, England. On 15 August 1544, she was christened in Halifax, Halifax Parish, Yorkshire, England, at St. John the Baptist Church. She was the daughter of William Barrowclough and Alice. Mary married George Atkinson on 27 February 1575 in Halifax, Halifax Parish, Yorkshire, England, at St. John the Baptist Church. Mary was first married 19 February 1564/1565 to John Rydinge. They had three daughters: Alice, Mary, & Grace.
