They own a fruit farm.³ Edmund departed this life on Thursday, 8 January 1976 in Poughkeepsie at age 99 years and 10 months. He was buried at Poughkeepsie in the Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery. The inscription on Edmund's and Esther's tombstone reads: UNDERHILL - Esther M. - Mar.16,1864-Mar. 12, 1879 - Edmund B. - Mar. 1, 1877-JAN. 8, 1976.⁴
