Bertha Sexsmith

     Bertha was born at Hungerford Township, Hastings County, Ontario, Canada. She was the daughter of Fletcher Sexsmith and Margaret Kehoe. Bertha married Phillip Meraw, son of Louis Trifley Meraw and Harriet Pelland dit Beausoliel, on 17 November 1901 in Tweed, Hastings County, Canada.1 Her married name was Meraw.1 Bertha departed this life on Friday, 31 October 1947 in Picton, Prince Edward, Ontario, Canada, at age 67 years, 6 months and 9 days. She was buried there at Picton inGlenwood Cemetery.
