B5, page 10] Louis died on Thursday, 31 March 1927 at his home on Lot 4 in the 13th concession, Hungerford Township, Hastings County, Ontario, Canada, at age 67 years, 11 months and 6 days from the cronic bronchitis which he had indured for 25 years.3,4 He was buried at Village of Tweed, Hungerford Township in the yard of St. Carthagh Church. In grave number 245. The inscription on his gravestone reads: Trifley Meraw 1860-1927 & His Wife Rachael O'Neil 1864-1946.5
