Letha married Lincoln Lionel Smith on 16 February 1918 at Williamsburg, Franklin County, Kansas. Letha died on Sunday, 7 September 1975 at Altoona, Lake County, Florida, at age 75 years, 11 months and 1 day at her home. They resided in Capital Heights, Maryland before retiring to Altoona, Flordia.
