FREDERICK, Okla. Lillian M. McKinney, 80, died Thursday, July 30, 1998, at her Frederick residence following a lengthy illness.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Burkhardt Chapel in Frederick Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Gish Funeral Home.
Mrs. McKinney was born July 5, 1918, in Douthat, Okla. She and Hesper Alexander McKinney were married March 11, 1938, in Frederick. He died Aug. 3, 1986.
She grew up in Frederick and graduated from Frederick High School. She was on the dietary staff at the Frederick Memorial Hospital for more than 20 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
A son, Leland Hesper McKinney, died in January 1940.
Survivors include two sons, Mike of Melbourne, Australia, and Robert D. of Naperville, Ill; a daughter, Gloria McKinney of Frederick; two sisters, Ruth Russell of Bakersfield, Calif., and Edith Leslie of Gardenia, Calif; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.1
