Nathaniel Wells II

     Nathaniel was born circa 1751 in New York. He was the son of Nathaniel & Mary [Parshall] Wells; the grandson of Justice Joshua Wells. Joshua was the son of William Wells & Marie. Nathaniel married Mehitable Mather, daughter of Ebenezer Mather and Margaret Downs, on 4 February 1773 in Aquabogue in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Nathaniel departed this life on Wednesday, 19 January 1820 in Aquabogue in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. He was buried at Aquabogue in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, in the Aquabogue Cetetery.
