Katherine "Katie" Fredrickson

     Katherine was born on Thursday, 5 December 1878 at Iowa. She was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. N. Frederick. Katherine married John Sidney Sweney, son of Thomas Leander Sweney and Mary Elizabeth "Lizzie" Bell, on 24 February 1906 at Essex, Page County, Iowa. They were married at the home of Katie's parents at two o'clock. Katherine died on Wednesday, 28 December 1966 at age 88 years and 23 days at her home at 601 Page Street. Katherine was laid to rest in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Shenandoah, Page County, Iowa.
