She was the daughter of John Wheeler Leggett and Grace Estelle Frue. Her married name was Papalini. Annabel married Oreste Papalini on 18 June 1927 at Auberville, France. In December 1934, Annabel and her husband, Oreste, immigrated on the ship "SS Vulcania" from Trieste, Italy & arriving in New York on the 20 of December. Among those aboard was Oreste Papalini, his wife, Annabel, children: Matilde & Rudolfo. Annabel departed this life at Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, California.
