Marjorie Miller

     Marjorie was born on Tuesday, 2 April 1889 at Ohio. She was the daughter of Frank J. Miller. Marjorie married Wright Nelson Whittemore, son of James Whittemore and Blanche Irving Leggett, on 15 April 1912. Nelson & Marjorie lived in Glendale, California. Enumerated in this household were W. Nelson Whittemore [43 Illinois], Marjorie [41 Ohio], Susan B. [11 Michigan], Frank J. Miller [73 New York][father-in-law]. Nelson and Marjory had 4 years of high school education and Susan had 3 years of college. They owned their home which had a value of $10,000.³ Marjorie's husband, Wright, died on 25 June 1957 in Santa Barbara, Santa Barbara County, California, at age 70 years, 2 months and 6 days, leaving her a widow.
