Donald Lewis Bobzin

Donald was born on Wednesday, 15 March 1916 at Grinnell, Poweshiek County, Iowa. He was the son of Lewis Earl Bobzin and Sarah Ethelene Edwards. Donald married Dorthy Eleanor Evenden, daughter of Harold Pierson Evenden and Amanda E. Pietz, on 25 August 1947.1 He married second, Elaine O'Connor. Donald departed this life on Friday, 12 June 2009 in Richmond, Madison County, Kentucky, at age 93 years, 2 months and 28 days. He was buried in Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon, in Williamette National Cemetery. The inscription on his tombstone reads: Bobzin - Donald Lewis - Tec 3 USA - World War II - 1916 2009 - Beloved - Husband & Dad.2
