Alice Kendall Stewart

     Alice was born on Thursday, 26 November 1874 at Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan. She was the daughter of Frederick Spencer Stewart and Clara Pierce. Chandler was working for a rail road Clara was a widow with two children, both living.¹ Alice Kendall married Chandler Corrydon Randall, son of Corrydon Chandler Randall and Anna Seaman Leggett, on 20 August 1900 in Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan. 25 April 1910, Aliceand her husband, and her husband, Chandler were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Pontiac, Oakland County, Michigan, at 109 West Lawrence. Enumerated in this household were Clara P. Stewart [68 Michigan], son-in-law: Chandler C Randall [30 Michigan], daughter: Alice K. Randall [36 Michigan], grandson: Fredrick S [8 Michigan]. Chandler is woriking in advertising for a travel agency. Clara own the home free and clear.² 12 January 1920, Aliceand her husband, Chandler were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Duluth, St LOuis County, Minnesota, at 5873 Oneida Street. Enumerated in this household were Chandler C Randall [39 Michigan], Alice K. [44 Michigan], Fredick [18 Michigan], brother: Huntley B.S. [44 Michigan], sister-in-law: Nanie H. [34 Washington DC], nephew: Huntley H. [2 Texas]. Te couple owns their home free and clear. Chandler works for United Yard and Terminal; Huntley is a mining engineer.³ 5 April 1930, Aliceand her husband, and her husband, Chandler were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Duluth, St LOuis County, Minnesota, at 4111 McClolluth Street. Enumerated in this household were Chandler Randall [49 Michigan], his wife: Mary [55 Michigan]. He was 20 years old when first married & she was 25 years old. He is editing a magazine.⁴ She died Saturday, 16 August 1958 at Duluth, St LOuis County, Minnesota, at age 83 years, 8 months and 21 days.⁵
