Eleanor de Knoville

F, b. circa 1292
     Eleanor de was born circa 1292 in England. She was probably the daughter or grand daughter of Bogo de Knoville. Eleanor de married Thomas Mauduit, son of Warin Mauduit, circa 1309 in England.1 Eleanor's husband, Thomas, died in 1322, leaving her a widow.1,2 Immediately after the death of her husband, Warminister was granted to Hugh le Despencer. But on the accession of Edward II, she was assigned her dower in it & the custody of the remainder granted to John de Kingston during the minority of her son, John.2,3 Eleanor de married 2nd Richard de Perers between 13 March 1327 and 8 July 1332.4
