      Samuel married Frances Ludlam, daughter of William Ludlam II and Clemence Fordham, on 10 October 1660 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Some say her name was Abigail Ludlam. Samuel's wife, Frances, died on 14 January 1692/93 in Orient, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, leaving him a widower. On 1698, Samuel was listed on the Census. Enumerated in this household were Samuel King & Abigail, They are listed right before Theophilus Case and his family. [Note: Not sure if this is the right Samuel-klm]3 Samuel departed this life on Saturday, 29 November 1721 in Orient, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
