Feb. 2, 1644, at Windsor; m. 1st, Hannah Weed [dau. of Jonas Weed], Jan. 5,. 1670 (2645), and prob. 2d, Abigail , after 1711 ; lived in Stamford ; d. Jan. 26, 1735-6, " in ye 91 year of his age." His wife Hannah d. Nov. 9, 1711. Jan. 27, 1666, Benj. Hoyte signed a receipt for several animals, etc., his full share of his father's estate, ... We find no probate records relating to him, and as he lived to be very aged, it is probable that all his property was given to his children before his death. The Stamford records state that Abigail, wife to Benj. Hait, d. night following March 4, 1729-30. She was prob. wife of (2608) Benj.2.
