Charles Glover1

     Charles was born in Lincolnshire, England. He immigrated from Lincolnshire, England to Boston in 1632. Charles married Elizabeth (?) circa 1639. Charles married 2nd a lady whom he soon divorced in 1649. Soon after his marriage, the family removerd to Southold, Long Island where Charles received a grant of land located at Hallock's Neck to be used as a shipyear. As early as 1658, he had a farm at Eagle Neck. He followed the shipbuilding industry until his death. Charles married 3rd Elizabeth Saunders on 12 February 1650 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York. Charles departed this life in January 1665 in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York.
