     William married Deborah Valentine, daughter of Richard Valentine I and Deborah (?), on 10 March 1673/74 in the Town of Hempstead, Queens County, Long Island, New York.1 William married 2nd (?) Hannah circa 1685 in the Town of Hempstead, Queens County, Long Island, New York. William made his will on 16 December 1687 at Jamaica, Queens County, Long Island, New York. He bequeaths to his wife, Hannah, life use of his home and a third use of his personal estate, with remainder to daughter, Deborah. Deborah is to live with Mrs. Rebecca Woolsey until she reaches the age of eighteen years. He also makes bequests to John, son of Nicholas Stillwelll. The residue of his estate is to go to his daughters, Mary & Deborah. He appointed Mr. William Nichols as his executor. Benjamin Thurston and Richard Jones signed as witnessed of his will.2 William departed this life before 11 March 1687 in Jamaica, Queens County, Long Island, New York. His will was probated the 2nd Tuesday in March 1687.3
