     Peter de was born circa 1140 in Eyton, Shropshire, England. He found attesting to several charters Shropshire during the years 1180 & 1194. In 1191, he was one of the twelve justiciars in a suit concerning land in Cheswell. In June of 1200, Peter was at Westminister with six other justiciars to certify their verdict. In 1212, Peter de Eyton paid a fine of 100 shillings for having the land of his father. This indicates the succession of Peter to his son Peter.2,3 Peter departed this life circa 1212 in Shropshire, England.
