     Cecelia was born circa 1403 in Thame, Oxfordshire, England, at the Manor of Rycote. Cecelia married Sir William Fowler, son of Henry le Fowler I and Isabel Barton, circa 1419 in Thame, Oxfordshire, England, at the Manor of Rycote.1 She and William were blessed with 8 children. Cecilia was the co-heiress with her sister Sybill of her father & inherited the Manor of Rycote.2 Cecelia died before 1483 After her death, the Manor of Rycote reverted solely to Sybell Quartermayne, her sister and coheiress.
