     Joyce was born in England. Joyce married Ralph Wallen before 1623. Joyce's husband, Ralph, died circa 1639 in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts, leaving her a widow. On 7 September 1643, Widow Wallen sells her house & messuage in Plymouth to Edward Bangs. On 3 March 1645, she made arrangements with Gyles Rickett to maintain her cow. Joyce married Thomas Lombard circa 1646 in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
