Anastasie Comeau

     Anastasie was born circa 1748 in Acadie, Canada. She was the daughter of the late Jean-Baptiste Comeau & Brigette Savoye. Anastasie married Andre-Joseph Guay, son of Michel Guay and Marie-Anne Grenette, on 20 February 1770 in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada, at the church of the Immaculate Conception.1 Andre & Anastasie had children: Marie-Joseph [1771-11/01/1832][m. 3/03/1794 Firmin Lesieur Desaulniers], Isabelle-Elisabeth [1773-11/01/1806][m. 9/06/1790 Thomas Cooke], Pierre [12/13/1774-12/26/1796], Michel [2/22/1777-9/28/1825][m. 2/16/1801 Louise Lisette Cardin dit Therrien], Marguerite [1778-12/06/1815][m. 2/08/1802 Joseph Squerre dit Labbe] & Andre [m. 11/24/1807 Marie Leclerc dit Blondin].2 Anastasie departed this life before 6 September 1790. She was noted as deceased on the marriage record of her daughter, Isabelle-Elisabeth, on this day.2
