     Nathaniel was born circa 1640 in Providence, Providence County, Rhode Island. Nathaniel married Martha Jackson, daughter of Robert Jackson, on 30 August 1667 in Rhode Island. ""Nathaniel Cole, late of Warwicke, now an inhabitant of Oyster Bay on Long Island, in ye County of Yorke. in America, and Martha Jackson, off Hempstead, in ye same county, were joyned together in marriage by Capt. John Green, General Assistant of the Colony of Rhode Island, and Providence Ph:.ntations, or kings province. They having been lawfully published in ye aforesaid town of Warwicke before their intermarriage."3 Nathaniel married Deborah Wright, daughter of Nicholas Wright IV and Ann (?), circa 1669 in Queens County, Long Island, New York. Deborah was Nathaniel's second wife. Nathaniel departed this life circa 1712 in the Town of Oyster Bay, Queens County, Long Island, New York.
