Mary Cole

     Mary was born in Plymouth, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. She was the daughter of James & Mary Cole of Portsmouth. Mary married John Almy, son of William Almey and Audrey Barlowe. Mary's husband, John, died on 1 October 1676 in Portsmouth, Newport County, Rhode Island, leaving her a widow. After her husband's death, she married in 1677, John Pococke, a merchant.
