Priscilla was born circa 1620 in England. She was born quite possibly in the area around Banham, County Norfolk, England. Additional Notes:

It is not known who are the parents of Priscilla. Several children of a Thomas Clarke of Banham, County Norfolk, England located in the 1630's in Dedham, Massachusetts. This was the same place that Pricilla Clarke married on 25 July 1639 Nathaniel Colburn. She does not appear to be the daughter of this Thomas but is quite possible a neice. There was a Rowland Clarke, who was a proprietor at Dedham 11 August 1637 & died there 2 February 1638/39. He is possibly her father. There was a Rowland Clarke, son of Thomas & Mary, christened 1 March 1607 at Banham, married Mary.
