     Marie-Anne was born on Tuesday, 7 October 1664 in ville de Quebec, Quebec, Canada. She was christened there on 12 October 1664 in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Marie-Anne married Pierre Lemaitre, son of Francois Lemaitre and Judith Riguad, on 8 January 1682 in Trois-Rivieres, Quebec, Canada, at the church of Notre-Dame-du-Cap.2 Marie-Anne's husband, Pierre, died circa 13 August 1711 in Trois-Rivieres, leaving her a widow. Marie-Anne departed this life circa 10 July 1733 in Trois-Rivieres. She was buried there in the cemetery of Notre-Dame-du-Cap on Friday, 10 July 1733.3
