     Marie-Charlotte was born on Wednesday, 5 April 1651 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She was the adopted daughter of Jean Gervais, her mother's second husband. She was christened on the same day there in the Basilica of Notre Dame.1 Marie-Charlotte married Jean Baudouin, son of Jean Baudouin and Jeanne Bretel, on 27 November 1663 in Montreal at the Basilica of Notre Dame.2 1666, Marie-Charlotte and her husband, Jean, were listed on the Canadian Census in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
