     Judith was born in Felpham, County Sussex, England. On 6 March 1635, she was christened in parish of Felpham, County Sussex, England, at the church of the Virgin Mary.2 Judith married John Ogden circa 1660.3 By 1674, they were residing at Rye, Westchester County, New York.4,5 Judith's husband, John, died before 7 August 1682 in Rye, Westchester County, New York, leaving her a widow. Judith married 2nd Francis Browne in 1683 in New York. Francis was married 1st to a Miss Ruscoe, married 2nd 17 December 1657 a Miss Chapman. John Budd of Rye gives to his sister, Judith Browne, "the daughter of my honored father and the heir of hers, Joseph Ogden, a lot of land given by will of my father dated October 15, 1669 on the eastside of Ould Westchester Path and on Stoney Brook"on 10 July 1683.6
