The cemetery is now called North Hardyston Cemetery.6 The division of his estate was on on 29 April 1825 at Hardyston Township, Sussex County, New Jersey. It mentions his children: Charles, Thomas, Isaac, Lewis, Jonas, Elias, Clarrissa, Samuel & George. His property was noted as adjacent to that of John Beardslee.7
