     John was born in 1545 in Sommersetshire, England. He was noted being as being of Sommersetshire. He graduated from St. Mary Magdalen College in Oxfordshire with his B.A. on 10 July 1563 at which time he was awarded a Fellowship. He resigned this in 1565.1 John married Margaret Foster on 28 August 1570 in London, County Middlesex, England, at the church of St. Margaret's Lothbury. John was of Lincoln's Inn & Margaret was of the city of London, widow.2,3,4 In 1574, he was a Barrister-at-Law at Lincoln's Inn.5 He and Mary Margaret were blessed with atleast one dhild.
