     Richard was born in the Parish of Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire, England. On 25 August 1622, he was christened at St. Michael & All Angels Church, the Parish of Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire, England.2,3 Richard married Elizabeth Alsop after 5 February 1643 in Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut. Richard departed this life on Thursday, 23 July 1665 in Milford, New Haven County, Connecticut. The inventory of Richard's estate was taken on Monday, 28 September 1665 by Robert Treat & William Fowler. The net value of his goods and chattells was £420-15-00. On 16 October 1666, the Magistrates of the Court ordered the distribution to his wife & children.4
