     Mary was born in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, England. She was christened there on 16 April 1628 in The Priory Church of St. Peter.3 Mary married Thomas Savage on 15 September 1652 at Boston by Increase Nowell. He was first married to Faith, the daughter of William and Ann [Marbury] Hutchinson, [8/14/1617-2/20/1652].4 Thomas and Mary had children: Sarah [6/25/1653-] [m. Hon. John Higginson], Zecharaih [12/26/1654-8/23/1656], Ebenezer & Benjamin.5 Mary's husband, Thomas, died on 15 February 1683 in Boston leaving her a widow.6

Additional Notes: Some researchers have Mary marrying a second time to Anthony Stoddard, but John Adams Vinton in his Symmes Memmorial states that he can find no evidence of the marriage.
