Anne was born circa 1695 in Block Island, Washington County, Rhode Island. Anne married James Ferris, son of John Ferris I and Mary Jackson, circa 1715 in New York. She and James were blessed with 8 children. Anne was still living when her husband mentioned her in his will dated on 16 August 1746. Anne's husband, James, died before 14 April 1747 in Throgs Neck, Westchester County, New York, leaving her a widow.
