Francois Roberge

M, b. 17 October 1773, d. circa 27 January 1825
     Francois was born in Lavaltrie, Vercheres County, Quebec, Canada. He was the son of Francois Roberge & Cecile Laurence. He was christened there on 17 October 1773 in St-Antoine Church.1 Francois married Marie Angelique Dandonneau, daughter of Charles Dandonneau and Marie Felicite Leclerc, on 3 October 1796 at St-Mathieu Church, Beloeil, Quebec, Canada.2 Francois & Marie Angelique had children: [10/19/1797][m. 9/21/1818 Marie Emilie Petit dit Labrode], a child [7/20/1799-7/20/1799], Joseph [1800][m. 10/14/1823 Madeleine Cote], Marie [7/22/1801], Madeleine [9/06/1803][m. 11/13/1821 Antoine Gendreau], Josephe [10/25/1805-9/05/1806], Jean Baptiste [3/11/1808], Agustin Aguste [8/27/1810], Marie Angelique [10/26/1812], Toussaint [7/05/1815], Julie [6/04/1817-9/05/1817], Pierre [4/20/1819] & Marie Louise [m. 1/28/1822 Louis Deranleau dit Chateauneuf]. Francois's wife, Marie, died on 7 May 1823 in Mont St-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada, leaving him a widower. Francois departed this life in Mont St-Hilaire, Quebec, Canada. He was buried there in the churchyard of St-Hilaire on Thursday, 27 January 1825.3
