     Haminet was born in Staffordshire, England, at the Manor of Peshale in the parish of Eccleshall. Haminet married Alice de Harley in England. He was a member of Pariament for Staffordshire & Shropshire in 1386. He was an active participant in the warfare between the Peshale family & Sir Hugh Wrottesley. Haminet departed this life before 1398 in England.2
