James Pershall

James was born circa 1544 in Swynnerton, Staffordshire, England. There is little known of him except that he had a son, Jonas, who removed to Holland, probably involved in the family tobacco trade, and a daughter, Margaret, married to Sir Edward Wyndsor. It is thought that he died early, before the inquisition after his brother Thomas' death taken in 1609.
