     Cecily was born circa 21 February 1602 in the parish of Paignton, Devonshire, England. On 21 February 1602, she was christened in the parish of Paignton, Devonshire, England.1 Cecily married Deacon Samuel Chapin, son of John Chapin and Phillipe Easton, on 10 February 1624 in Thorpe Mandeville, Northamptonshire, England, at St. John the Baptist Churchyard.2 Circa 1638, Cecily and her husband Samuel immigrated on the ship About 1638, the family, with Henry's step father, left their home in England & immigrated to the colonies.3 Cecily's husband, Samuel, died on 11 November 1675 in Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts, leaving her a widow.4 Cecily departed this life on Monday, 8 February 1682/83 in Springfield, Hampden County, Massachusetts.5
