     Mary was born on Thursday, 18 March 1716/17 in Farmington, Hartford County, Connecticut. She was often referred to as Molly. Mary married Ladwick Hotchkiss, son of Josiah Hotchkiss and Abigail Parker, on 22 December 1743 in New Haven County, Connecticut.3 Molly was a very intellegent woman. She gave much herself to her children. She and Ladwick were blessed with 4 children. Mary departed this life on Tuesday, 21 February 1775.4
