Adolph Barthel

     Adolph was born on Thursday, 25 January 1844 at Augsburg, Bavaria.1 Adolph married Elizabeth Hicks Leggett, daughter of Augustus Wright Leggett and Eliza Seaman, on 7 October 1882 in Detroit at 169 Elizabeth Street. They were married at the home of Lizzie's parents.2 18 April 1910, Adolph and his wife, Elizabeth, were listed on the U.S. Federal Census in Citronelle Village, Mobile County, Alabama.
